Theme 1: Warm Return Validity Rule
All gift orders enjoy a 45-day grace return period after parcel receiving. We do not count weekend and festival days into the valid period, leaving enough time for you to confirm gift suitability and complete after-sales application easily.
Theme 2: Gentle Goods Inspection Standard
We adopt humane inspection standard for gift goods: keep outer gift box intact, commodity unused, decorative ribbons and greeting cards complete. Minor outer packing crease caused by transit will not affect return qualification.
Theme 3: Irrevocable Custom Gift Rule
Gifts with handwritten exclusive words, exclusive pattern carving and designated personalized color matching are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, which will be reminded clearly before order payment.
